House #8 was constructed in 2003. It has an ocean side view with a short walk to the beach. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 masters with kings size beds, 1 with king size bed and 1 with bunk trundle bed and a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Game room has a sleeper sofa and bath. Also another 1/2 bath is off the living room. kitchen is complete with custom cabinets, refrigerator, double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. House has central air/heat, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, hot tub and CAT/TV in each room. Fireplaces accent the top floor master suite and living room, which includes a wet bar. There are decks on all levels and also a roof deck.
